Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our in-office sales team. This individual will oversee the acquisition of new investment properties, ensure sales targets are met, and drive team performance to exceed company goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
This is a full-time, 100% in-office position in Marietta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment to maintain team morale and engagement.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new investments.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Client Relationships:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, ideally in real estate, investment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, motivational approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the residential real estate investment market is a plus.
